Fee Related Information

  • Prices are based on services to Brisbane homes and residents.
  • Prices are based on care for domestic companion animals in Brisbane.
  • Payments can be made by cash or direct deposit to our nominated bank account.
  • Payment for service is required at the time of initial consultation or 48 hours prior to service.
  • Fees will not be refunded when cancellation of service is 24 hours or less prior to commencement.
  • Key pick up and drop off will be charged at a fee of $20 if not provided during initial consultation.
  • 50% surcharge applies to all QLD Public Holidays.
  • Emergency vet visit
    • Should your pet fall ill or become injured while in our care, we will charge you a $55 fee to transport your pet to and from your nominated vet in Brisbane. Please ensure you have made financial arrangements with your vet for care should an emergency visit be required. We will ask you to provide your vet’s contact details at the time of booking to make sure your pet receives the attention they need.
